Tired of Paying shipping cost twice? Cost to get order, repack, ship to client…
Do you need separate boxes to ship to each client?
We totally get it. Common frustration of most of our clients.
A few solutions:
1. Multiple separate packing to you- We pack each print individually. Each in our classy white, and white taped box, marked "Fragile". The prints inside are sleeved and sandwiched between two boards of corrugated cardboard. We pack all items carefully using corners to hold down the sleeved prints. You are probably familiar with seeing this as it’s our normal packing for single prints. We will pack each as above and leave top fold un-taped so you could slip print out and efficiently sign and close up. We ship these separate boxed in a group box that is shipped to you.
Cost:
$ 10.00 each for any size print that fits in our 20x16x1/2 sized box.
$ 15.00 each for any size print that fits in our 28x22x1/2 sized box.
$ 22.00 each for any size print that fits in our 37x25x1/2 sized box.
*Larger Rolled Prints- Please request quote for your project
The shipping cost for your large order would stay the same as the above pricing to absorb the cost of the boxes and packing materials, as well as the shipping of oversized group package.
2. We drop ship on your behalf.
You can also provide us with thank you cards, bio sheet, artist statement, biz card, etc. anything you wish to include. No extra charge, just send us a batch of your materials to put in our file and use as instructed by you in the message field of your order. "Include my Branding" We ship individually packaged as above. There are none of our branded materials included and is anonymous. The only thing we send are your prints, your branding materials and the “customer” and “ship to” strip that we cut our from your packing slip. No Lightbox branding anywhere. This shipping option requires a separate print order for each destination.
Our Shipping label “from” bears the name “LBX” and originates from a PO Box.
Using the drop ship method you likely save on shipping cost as we get pretty good rates and charge 14.00 flat rate, free if order is 60.00 or more.
Our website allows you to save and use multiple ship to addresses. This is convenient for shipping to your studio, home, or regular clients/collectors of your art!
The caveat on option 2…. Signature.
Solution 1. Digital signature we drop in the print border or anywhere you want it to scale. Simply send us a scan or phone pic of your signature. We convert to smart object in photoshop and place to scale where you want the signature. Generally we do a “pencil gray”. Looks very real.
Cost: $5.00 Please select this in our list of print options after selecting the size/type of paper/canvas.
*You will need to upload a jpg of your signature to your account.
Please label the file as example: “LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_SIGNATURE”
Solution 2. Hahnemühle certificate of authenticity. You pre order several certificates of authenticity for your edition that we produce and send to you to sign. You send back. We put on file and send out same method as above when ever you have a Client order. The certificate is included with print that bears title of work and your signature. Certificate does read “lightbox editons” and we can number for you or not. Cost: $8.80 each. Please select this in our list of print options after selecting the size/type of paper/canvas.
This has worked well for many of our clients. Our goal is to do whatever we can to help you concentrate on your art. We pride ourselves in “curating” the packing and delivery part.
