1. Place order on our website
2. Ship your original to us *write order number on the box and make sure you have contact and return info inside the package.
*please include our email in notifications mail@lightboxinc.com so we can track your inbound order.
3. We will confirm as soon as we receive your original, and let you know when we will return ship (generally within 72 hours)
We can accommodate flat artwork including paintings, illustrations, and prints up to 96” at longest dimension. Return Shipping for Artwork over 24x36" in size will incur a special handling charge. For Crated works return cost or any other details quote for your project, please contact us
Fedex is our preferred shipper and have a great reputation for handling your precious originals. Fedex makes several boxes designed for shipping artwork which can be purchased at any Fedex Ship Location, or Kinkos. They are not inexpensive, but well worth it.

Our price for capture includes return shipping in your original box. We can insure high value packages at additional cost (please inquire). Normal liability for carrier is 100.00 unless you purchase additional insurance at a nominal fee.
