TURNAROUND
TIMES: Turnaround times
represent the time taken to complete a project from the time it arrives
at LightBox to the time it is ready to be shipped or filed for pick-up.
Turnaround times are based on standard business days, (i.e., Monday-Friday,
not counting Holidays). Note: Please call us for an exact delivery time
on critical deadlines.
REMAKES: In our best
efforts to avoid remakes, we ask you to include specific cropping information,
and when possible, a color match sample. Requests for a remake must be
accompanied by a copy of the original job ticket, with explicit notes
as to the nature of the error.
SHIPPING: LightBox
ships with Federal Express, Air Borne, and UPS.
PAYMENT TERMS: All
transactions require payment on delivery. Orders over $100 require a deposit
of at least 50% of the order estimate. We accept American Express (Payment
Link), Visa and Mastercard.
SALES TAX: The Government
requires sales tax on all transactions within the state of Illinois. A
completed and signed resale certificate is required to avoid sales tax.
LIMITED LIABILITY:
Submitting any photographic material to LightBox, Inc. for processing,
constitutes an agreement by you that if photographic material is damaged,
lost or not returned by us, or any other processor, our liability and
that of any other processor is limited to the replacement of an equivalent
amount of unexposed photographic material. You also agree that our responsibility
to replace your photographic material as stated is an exclusive remedy,
and we shall not be responsible for consequential or incidental damages
of any kind, regardless of your actual damages, and regardless of whether
we or any other processor are negligent or held strictly liable.
